- Card payment: With your Visa or Mastercard. If the payment gives you error you can recover the order from your customer account in the section "my orders". Note: If when placing an order by card you get an error and you have to recover it again from your account you must take advantage of the stock at that time of recovery of the order. The program will tell you if everything is available or if any item is out of stock while you do the procedure. That is, there is no reservation of unpaid products and therefore to recover the order may have been exhausted, but the system will tell you for any changes.
- Payment by bank transfer: Buy and pay by bank transfer.
Phenomenon Genetics offers a simple and secure payment system, by credit card. Visa Credit and Mastercard will be accepted. The purchase will be effective once we get the confirmation from the bank. In case of rejection by the bank, the order will be suspended.
When the bank authorizes the transaction, the customer will receive an email with the confirmation of the shipment.

Confirmation of your purchase.
When you complete your purchase and as soon as possible we will send you a message to your e-mail with a copy of the order; please review it and if you are not satisfied with anything please let us know before your order is shipped by the transport agency.
In case of unavailability of the product once the order has been placed, Phenomenon Genetics will notify the user via e-mail or telephone, agreeing with the user the partial delivery if he/she has purchased more products or the cancellation of the order before shipping.
