Shipping conditions

Shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart depending on the number and type of products. You will be informed before confirming your order.

Delivery of the order.

Once the order is confirmed, we will proceed with the shipping and home delivery.

Phenomenon Genetics makes all its shipments in a CERTIFIED and URGENT way.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors that may arise such as a snowfall that hinders the journey, strike in the transport sector, poor channeling of the shipment by the agency, any failure that may have the agency to allocate the shipment, theft of goods in transit, delays due to puncture of the delivery car. These are some examples. In any case we will work to get the package to you as soon as possible, in case of delays like these or similar.

Right of withdrawal of the consumer (return).

The customer has 15 days (from receipt of the package) to notify by mail or private message (social networks or whatsapp) the return or exchange.

Upon receipt of the purchase at the specified delivery address. The buyer will have a period of seven (15) calendar days to return the order, in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/1996 of Retail Trade Management.

No returns will be accepted after 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.

The processing of returns will be handled by telephone or email.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Likewise, collection costs shall be borne by the purchaser.

In case of return, the article will be exchanged after verification of the incident, within a maximum period of thirty days, and provided that the condition of the returned goods has been verified. When the right of withdrawal is exercised by the buyer, the returned product must be returned in perfect condition, closed and in its original packaging.

- The return may not take place in any case if the products were clearly subject to use, with the exception of products with a manufacturing defect. They must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

- Returns will not be accepted if they are not accompanied by the original Phenomenon Genetics invoice or purchase receipt.

- The buyer must send the product or products back to our facilities in (Spain).

In case the customer receives the product in bad condition due to transport, the product will be replaced within a maximum of 5 working days, unless the product is out of stock. For this it is essential to notify the delivery person at the time of delivery that the package has signs of damage.

If the return is requested due to a bad condition of the product, the transportation of the return will be paid by Phenomenon Genetics. Once the product or products are received, the money will be refunded by bank transfer or replaced by other products if the customer prefers. The bank transfer will be made within a period of no more than 7 days after receiving the item or items to be returned.

In no case the amount of the purchase will be refunded until the perfect condition of the goods is verified.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal.

There is no right of withdrawal, among other things, in the case of contracts for:

- The supply of sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are therefore unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

In case you receive broken or damaged goods you have 24 working hours from receipt of the package to notify us. In addition, it is preferable that you inform the delivery person at the time you receive the package.
