How to buy in a simple, fast and comfortable way?

You must be of legal age to buy in our online store. You can buy comfortably at any time online. Browse through our different product sections and click on the section of your interest. To get more information about a product click on the image and you will receive a more detailed description and a larger image. You can also use the "Search" function if you are looking for a specific product.

Phenomenon Genetics is not responsible for and is aware of the legislation in force in Worldwide.

All prices indicated on this website are expressed in Euros and include Value Added Tax (VAT).

The descriptions we offer of the products are those provided by the suppliers to Phenomenon Genetics and are for information purposes only.

The availability of the products is limited to the end of stock in our warehouse, regardless of the availability status that appears on the web. Each user of Phenomenon Genetics declares that he/she has full capacity to use credit cards and that the same have sufficient funds for the payment of the costs arising from the purchase. Each user as cardholder is aware of and accepts the conditions established by the merchant.

Transport costs are not included in the prices of our products.

Prices.

Phenomenon Genetics reserves the right to modify its prices, but the products are invoiced on the basis of the rates existing at the time of validation of your purchase.

Below the description of each product you will find a box where you can indicate the quantity as well as the option to put in the basket. If there are different variants of the product, use the mouse to get more information about these variants. Select the product you want and place it in the shopping cart. Proceed to your order.

Payment methods.

You will be able to choose between the following payment methods:

Confirmation of your purchase.

When you complete your purchase and as soon as possible we will send you a message to your e-mail with a copy of the order; please review it and if you are not satisfied with anything please let us know before your order is shipped by the transport agency.

In case of unavailability of the product once the order has been placed, Phenomenon Genetics will notify the user via e-mail or telephone, agreeing with the user the partial delivery if he/she has purchased more products or the cancellation of the order before shipping.

Shipping conditions

Shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart depending on the number and type of products. You will be informed of this before confirming your order.

Delivery of the order.

Once the order is confirmed, it will be shipped and delivered to your home.

Phenomenon Genetics makes all its shipments in a CERTIFIED and URGENT way.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors that may arise such as a snowfall that hinders the journey, strike in the transport sector, poor channeling of the shipment by the agency, any failure that may have the agency to allocate the shipment, theft of goods in transit, delays due to puncture of the delivery car. Right of withdrawal of the consumer (return).

The customer has 15 days (from receipt of the package) to notify by mail or private message (social networks or whatsapp) the return or exchange.

Upon receipt of the purchase at the specified delivery address. The buyer will have a period of seven (15) calendar days to return the order, in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/1996 of Retail Trade Management.

No returns will be accepted after 15 calendar days from receipt of the order.

The processing of returns will be handled by telephone or email.

Shipping costs will not be refunded. Likewise, collection costs shall be borne by the purchaser.

In case of return, the article will be exchanged after verification of the incident, within a maximum period of thirty days, and provided that the condition of the returned goods has been verified. When the right of withdrawal is exercised by the buyer, the returned product must be returned in perfect condition, closed and in its original packaging.

- The return may not take place in any case if the products were clearly subject to use, with the exception of products with a manufacturing defect. They must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

- Returns will not be accepted if they are not accompanied by the original Phenomenon Genetics invoice or purchase receipt.

- The buyer must send the product or products back to our facilities in (Spain).

In case the customer receives the product in bad condition due to transport, the product will be replaced within a maximum of 5 working days, unless the product is out of stock. For this it is essential to notify the delivery person at the time of delivery that the package has signs of damage.

If the return is requested due to a bad condition of the product, the transportation of the return will be paid by Phenomenon Genetics. Once the product or products have been received, the money will be refunded by bank transfer or replaced by other products if the customer prefers. The bank transfer will be made within a period of no more than 7 days after receiving the item or items to be returned.

In no case will the amount of the purchase be refunded until the perfect condition of the goods has been verified.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal.

There is no right of withdrawal, inter alia, in the case of contracts for:

- The supply of sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are therefore unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene.

In case you receive broken or damaged goods you have 24 working hours from receipt of the package to notify us. In addition, it is preferable that you inform the deliveryman at the time of receipt of the package.

Modification of the terms and conditions of sale.

Phenomenon Genetics reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions by notifying customers in advance, and may make changes to the contents and services in order to improve them.

In case of typographical errors in the inclusion of prices, we reserve the right to cancel orders for this reason. In addition, in cases of customer history with returned orders, we reserve the right, in subsequent orders, not to make such delivery or not to accept forms of payment on delivery for purchases of customers whose previous orders were returned for not receiving them. It will not be necessary to give prior notice of this, as it is specified in writing in these conditions of sale.

Exclusion of Responsibilities.

Phenomenon Genetics is not responsible in case of any of the following cases:

Error on the part of the customer when entering their data in the registration or order form in their account.

Incorrect or bad faith use of the services offered in the online store by the user.

Lack of diligence on the part of the user in the custody of their passwords or their own personal data.

Delay or non-receipt by the customer of the order confirmation by e-mail, or any other anomaly during the purchase process caused by network problems or the electronic device used by the customer to connect.

Unauthorized access to Phenomenon Genetics systems that are impossible to detect by the security measures implemented by the company and its suppliers.

Any other event or situation that is not reflected in these General Conditions and that is not attributable to the acts, decisions or will of Phenomenon Genetics personnel, or is of an exceptional, fortuitous or force majeure nature.

In any case, Phenomenon Genetics undertakes to try to solve the problems that may arise in order to reach a rapid and satisfactory solution to the incidents, to the extent of its possibilities.

Applicable Law.

Jurisdiction: These General Conditions of Sale are governed by, interpreted and applied in accordance with Spanish law and the language of interpretation in the event of a dispute over the meaning of a term or provision of these Conditions of Sale is Spanish.
